Elings Park is the largest and most diverse non-profit 501(c)(3) park in the Tri-Counties, offering a wide range of youth, adult and senior activities, cultural/family events, and the largest veteran’s memorial site in Santa Barbara County. Elings Park is supported entirely by grants, private donations, and user fees – a park built by the community for the community.

| Eagle Paragliding |
Paragliding is the simplest form of human flight. Eagle Paragliding School specializes in the instruction of the beginner and intermediate pilot. Offering year round instruction at one of the best training hills in the nation. It's best to start with one of our introductory courses designed to give you a taste of real
flying. Under radio supervision, you will fly solo from the training hill at Elings Park. The basic techniques of paragliding -- launching, turning, and landing -- are fairly easy to learn by the first day.
